Job Summary

We are seeking a Full Stack Developer with strong experience in React, Python, and Java to build and maintain AI-driven applications and internal ERP systems for our BPM company.

Key Requirements

• 3+ years of full stack development experience

• Strong hands-on experience with React.js

• Backend development using Python and/or Java

• Proven experience in API development & integration

• Experience building AI-based applications

• Good understanding of LLMs / SLMs and AI workflows

• Experience developing ERP systems

• Strong database skills in PostgreSQL, MySQL and MongoDB

Nice to Have

• Experience with automation, workflows, or CRM/BPO systems

• Knowledge of cloud platforms and scalable architectures
