JOB DESCRIPTION
We’re seeking a Head of HR who can build on the strong foundation of best practices we’ve established, while also introducing forward-thinking strategies from across the industry.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as a strategic partner to business leaders and operations teams to align HR strategies with business goals.
- Drive manpower planning, budgeting, and hiring strategies in coordination with recruitment teams.
- Analyze employee trends (attrition, absenteeism, engagement) and design interventions to improve workforce stability.
- Lead and manage employee engagement initiatives, R&R programs, and internal communication frameworks.
- Ensure effective employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance redressal mechanisms.
- Support and guide managers on performance management, PIP plans, and disciplinary actions.
- Manage HR operations activities including payroll coordination, attendance management, and statutory compliance oversight.
- Partner with business and leadership on succession planning, career progression, and internal movement programs.
- Facilitate training need analysis and coordinate development programs to build managerial and leadership capabilities.
- Monitor key HR metrics and present actionable insights to business leadership.
- Maintain compliance with labor laws and internal policies, ensuring audit readiness at all times.
REQUIREMENT
- MBA in Human Resources.
- 8–10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2–3 years in an HRBP or HR generalist role.
